    Who gets in

    18+ only. Bring your ID card, driver's licence or passport. No ID, no entry. Photos of IDs aren't accepted.

    Getting there

    Shuttles leave Hatfield, Groenkloof and LC de Villiers every 20 minutes from 13:30. The last shuttle back leaves at 01:30.

    Questions

    Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

    Only if we haven't sold out, and only at the Supernova price. Buy online so you don't miss out.

    Do I need a student card?

    No. A valid ID showing you're 18 or older is all you need.

    Can I leave and come back in?

    No. Once your wristband is scanned out, you can't re-enter.

    Can I give my ticket to a friend?

    Yes. Transfer it in the ticketing app up to 48 hours before gates open.

    What if it rains?

    The festival goes ahead. Bring a poncho, because umbrellas aren't allowed inside.

    I lost something. Now what?

    Go to the info tent next to the entrance. After the festival, lost property gets posted on our socials for two weeks.
