The fine print
Terms & conditions
- 50% deposit is required before project work begins.
- Monthly retainers are payable in advance.
- Project timelines begin once required content and payment have been received.
- Final files are supplied once the project has been paid in full.
- Remaining balance is due before final files or website launch are released.
- Client delays may affect the final delivery date.
- Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
- Revisions are adjustments to an approved design, not complete redesigns.
- Unused monthly retainer requests do not automatically roll over.
- Prices may vary depending on project complexity and requirements.
- Printing, stock photography, premium assets, domains, hosting, third-party software and paid integrations are excluded unless specifically stated.
