The Brief
A request for a highly customisable, animated event site: something with real personality that could carry ticket phases, stage times, and a venue map, without a heavy WordPress-and-plugins build behind it. Sternag 2027 is the self-directed concept built to answer that — a one-night student festival invented end to end, so the design could be pushed as far as the brief implied.
The Solution
A hand-built single page with a pixel-space identity: gold on indigo, stepped pixel corners, and planets that are drawn by the page itself rather than loaded as artwork. Tickets run as four phases — Cadet, Pilot, Commander, Supernova — where the page shows which one is actually live, what sold out, and what unlocks next, with a sponsor-exclusive price layered on top. Stage tabs hold the running order, an interactive site plan answers taps on either the map or the list, and a live countdown runs to gates. Fast, fully mobile, no page builder underneath. Every act, price, sponsor and venue on it is placeholder content.
